Owner, Dave Morgan, was born and raised in Michigan in an environment where integrity, education and hard work were highly valued. The desire to move to Southern California started at a young age, driven by a love of sunny, blue skies. At nineteen, Dave lived the dream by moving to San Diego and beginning his building career with an apprenticeship with an award-winning custom home builder. Years of hard work on the job site helped ensure a hands-on understanding and mastery of the building process. The drive to learn and improve from working with clients, fellow-tradespersons and valued suppliers is a key factor in explaining the high quality of homes built by the Morgan Group.
